I have received many Letters and E.Mails of support from people who have read my Book and seen me in Various NewsPapers. Many of the letters touched my heart and Soul and i want to thank everyone for their love and support. I also had many people tell me their terrible stories of pain and Abuse and i want them all to know that i am greatful they felt they could share that with me and i will always be a support to them if they need it, bless you all.

My thoughts on people that have had terrible pain in their life is as hard as it seems what you have been through always remember that through your pain you now have a new wisdom that not many people have in this life time, that wisdom will always protect you in life and no matter what people say you are a strong person and you will survive!

I always remember this saying told me once by a lovely Lady she said, ‘A woman is like a Tea Bag, you never know her strength until she is in Hot water!’. That for me is true and when i am having problems in my life i always feel that i am stronger than i think to deal with them.
